Sure, dance is a “sport,” but it transcends the physical competition. One such form is dance, an art that allows one to express herself through movement in the craziness of creativity and emotion. Sports are about winning and competition, dance is about the personal expression being told.

My approach to dance is with creativity in every step. Unique routines combining various styles and influences, choreographers. You can do almost anything as long as you strive to stand out: from ballet — the only dance job I know of that pays a full-time wage just for dancing; but it took summer programs, years with intensive training in college because there were no other jobs you could get and eventually after all those auditions landed your first company audition that let me survive five seasons so far (but still not sure if my contract renew) or maybe more street style moves like breaking? It is what makes each routine unique, as dancers bring their own style to the table. Dancing is something we use to express ourselves, and that freedom for an individuality really makes dance even more special.
Dance as a Community
So now to dance this art which unite folks ” . Local dance classes, grand performances and a community of dancers. They talk about their experiences, they help one another and celebrate the joy of movement. It makes our lives so much richer and can create friendships for life.

Dance is not a sport, however you need discipline and hard work Dancers spend hours honing their craft. They learn different methods, just like athletes do. Dance needs that kind of respect and dedication to grow, instead.

For others, dance is not just a passion — it’s a journey. From a young age and can continue into adulthood. The greater a dancer changes, the more they fall in love with dance. They realise more about who they are through moving, and that practicing can very much influence a general growth.
To summarize dance is not just a sport. A form of art that is filled with emotion, energy and spirit which comes to our lives in so many ways. The joy of moving, whether its you being a professional dancer or dancing just for fun is something that needs to be cherished.
